General Tender Applications
The Mudbash Tender is for parties who wish to fundraise during the Mudbash event. It is designed to encourage the sale of suitable products to competitors, visitors, campers, and supporters of Mudbash.
Anyone may enter a tender being a committee, Rover Unit, or group of people. The Mudbash committee judges the tenders on merit and, if approved, fundraising may take place. However, if not approved, parties are not permitted to operate.

Canteen Tender Applications
Mudbash are seeing a Unit/Group/Sub-committee/Team to run the canteen throughout the event. Running the canteen can be a great fundraiser with profits of approximately $1500-3000+ made each year.
The Canteen is required to be open at a minimum between the hours of 7am – approx. 12-12:30am (half an hour post night-time entertainment has finished).
The menu / items to be sold can be designed by the party running the canteen, pending approval by the Mudbash committee.

Pub Tour Tender Applications
Running the pub tour is a great way for Rovers from all over Victoria to have fun, make new friendships, and hit the local pubs.
If you feel that you’ve got what it takes to run the Pub Tour, fill out the attached tender application form and send it to the activities manager via email.
